Project Description
I want to completely revamp my website, www.eies.com.bo. It currently runs on WordPress connected to Moodle, and I need to update everything to the latest version, move it to a new hosting provider, and ensure it loads quickly.
Main Scope
* Design a new WordPress environment: modern theme, clear navigation, and updated plugins.
* Maintain full synchronization with Moodle for:
- courses and users,
- progress tracking and reports,
- payments and enrollments.
* Update Moodle and the Edwiser plugin to their latest stable versions.
* Migrate the database and files to a different hosting provider without data loss.
* Optimize performance: image compression and resizing, caching, minification, and any other adjustments that guarantee very fast loading times.
* Configure Facebook and Google tracking pixels for campaign analysis.
* Implement email marketing: user notifications, newsletters, and event reminders, ensuring they don't end up in spam folders. • Update payment gateways in WooCommerce
Expected Deliverables
1. A fully functional WordPress site on the new server, with responsive design and proven speed, maintaining the current database and information.
2. An updated, functioning, and error-free Moodle installation.
3. Brief documentation with access instructions, key migration steps, and maintenance recommendations.
I'm looking for someone with demonstrable experience in WordPress, Moodle, speed optimization, and migrations. Experience with Edwiser or configuring Facebook/Google pixels is a plus.
