I am looking for on-demand assistance with my small office setup, centred around our Windows 10 computers and servers. Most of the work involves system-level troubleshooting—blue screens, driver conflicts, hanging updates—as well as keeping the machines secure and fully patched.
Beyond the endpoints, I occasionally need someone to jump in and configure or re-configure our routers, tidy up VLANs, check DHCP/DNS settings, and generally make sure traffic flows as it should. When Outlook stops sending or receiving, I’ll also rely on you to diagnose profile corruption, PST/OST issues, or mailbox connectivity with Exchange / Microsoft 365.
All work will be carried out remotely. I can open AnyDesk or TeamViewer sessions at short notice and will stay available on voice chat while you work so we can test fixes in real time.
Deliverables for each intervention
• A short written summary of the actions you took and the outcome
• Confirmation that the original issue is resolved (PC stable, network reachable, Outlook operational)
• Any follow-up recommendations if you notice latent problems
