Project Description
I need motivated cold callers who can jump straight into a B2B appointment-setting campaign aimed at healthcare and real-estate decision makers. You’ll be working from my curated lead lists, calling owners, administrators, and C-level executives, then locking in calendar appointments for our sales consultants.
The project is 100 % commission. I’ll supply the script framework, a VoIP dialer, and CRM access; you bring the energy, persistence, and a track record of turning cold conversations into qualified meetings. A booked meeting is counted only when the prospect attends or reschedules within 24 hours—no show, no commission.
Daily CRM updates, call notes, and call recordings are mandatory so I can monitor quality and coach where needed. If you already use tools like Mojo, Aircall, or HubSpot, that experience will help you ramp faster, but I’m open to whatever system keeps you productive and transparent.
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 1 valid appointment for every 80 dials.
• Prospect fits our stated ICP in either healthcare or real estate.
• Meeting is confirmed on my calendar at least 24 hours in advance.
