Seeking a skilled AI agentic development expert to provide monthly support in SOP creation, planning, implementation, and automation system development.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Python, Node.js, React, PHP, and CodeIgniter. We are open to suggestions if any skill gaps are identified, with the possibility of short-term assistance for specific tasks. Proficiency in Claude, agentic development, agent orchestration (including agent-subagent flows), and the creation of robust skills, commands, rules, and plugins is essential. The candidate must be able to build production-ready solutions that adhere to SOPs without causing disruptions.
The ability to design agentic workflows that effectively integrate human oversight when necessary is also crucial.

our budget is Rs 5L to 8L paid across a year, where we love to pay rs 30k a month as fixed where some decent automation etc is done as part of monthly goal.
cost of cusror /claude and api costs , vps, etc we will directly buy and/or resimburse separately as needed, includign to test an idea if something is needed.
we looking someone who can actually devote their 6 to 10 hours a day, kind of fulltime, helping us.
fixed we keep paying about 30k/ mo + we can have monthly goals and "addon pay" paid every 6month period when all the 6 months goals are accomplished,
and a great reward paid every 6 periods (3years )completion,
overall one can make 30- 35L in 3years, (avg 10 to 12L yr when long term of 3years is seen at once.)

You will not give obvious or generic. Think from end to end lifecycle in any web development agency. What all you can automate in marketing, what all you can automate in lead gen, reachout, conversion, email response handline, whatsapp messages and response handling, response handling in sms, all things connected, project scope making, meeting transcripts and tasks aligning or subtasks or parallel tasks alignment, track keeping, codeing allautomated, client submissions, and testing before client submissions, and in that what all you can automate further or improivse or strenthen further. detail it. if its going to be 25 points and 2 sentences to 3 sentences each pointers, great, no problem.
third section should be your skills
fourth section should contain your top three project and loom recording (or you can use awesomescreenshot recordings) or similar, and three project should have three separate recording. each project should be something you already automated and which part is done without AI (could be RPA or just computations or if then analysis, which part AI is used, which part free models used and why, which part premium models used , which ones, you will exactly show the triggers, make automation run, refresh your claude or cursor or whatever API used, what usage hit took there.)
fifth section should say: when you can start with us, and you will tell will you have any other work parallely with us, or you will just exclusively work with us.
