My team and I rely on Zoho Mail linked with Zoho CRM for all correspondence, yet occasional clients keep telling us they do not see our messages. Some get delivered. Ohters do not. We have confirmed nothing lands in their spam folders, and the problem seems to hit both our transactional notices and our marketing campaigns. At this stage I honestly don’t know if every recipient is affected or just a subset, so I need someone who can quickly pinpoint what is going wrong inside the Zoho environment and tell us how to fix it. We have increased our subsequent telephone confirmations and additional email confirmations. Here is what I expect once you jump in: • A full review of our current Zoho Mail setup—DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), bounce configuration, sending domains, black-lists, and any reputation metrics Zoho provides. • An inspection of how Zoho CRM pushes email: workflow rules, templates, merge fields, sender addresses, and any throttling or compliance limits that could block delivery. • Clear testing: seed-list deliveries, header analysis, and delivery logs so we can see exactly where messages stall. -> I need a report using email testing tools to evaluate the issues so we can compare before and after • A concise action plan that explains the root cause and the measurable steps we need to take—whether it’s authentication tweaks, content adjustments, or policy changes. • At this stage I do not need any actions on the resolution of these problems. I only need the report and an explanation with a potential short follow-up project to that fixes are working (I am open to screenshares or recorded walk-throughs). Please apply only if you have hands-on experience with BOTH Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM and can demonstrate previous success improving deliverability for other users.
