### MIDDLE INTEGRATION
Middle is a third-party client portal for digital fact finds, ID verification, bank statement retrieval, and document collection. The website needs a prominent “Start Your Application” button on Home, How It Works, and service pages that links to the Middle portal URL. Middle handles all sensitive data. No sensitive client data is collected or stored on the OBC website.
CONTACT FORM
Fields: Name, Email, Phone, Enquiry Type (dropdown: Home Loan, Construction, Commercial, Refinance, Other), Message. No sensitive financial data collected via the form.
DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD AREA
Section where clients can download standard documents and checklists (application checklist, required documents list, privacy consent form). Downloadable PDFs uploaded by OBC. For secure document uploads FROM clients, the website directs to Middle. The website itself does not handle inbound documents containing personal financial information.

* OBC to have full admin access to the CMS. No proprietary lock-in.
* Any premium themes, plugins, or assets used must be identified in the quote. Licence costs and renewal obligations must be disclosed.
