Sound Requirement : 1.⁠ ⁠4 cordless microphones 2.⁠ ⁠2 PA SPEAKERS 3.⁠ ⁠2 Monitors 4.⁠ ⁠Digital Mixer 5.⁠ ⁠Direct audio input to Camera 6.⁠ ⁠Multitrack output for Voice stems ( for post production ) Camera Team Brief Camera Shift Duration: 8 Hours Event Coverage Breakdown The event will be divided into 3 sections: 1) Pre-Event
This section will focus on setting up the cameras and gimbal, along with capturing venue and setup visuals. Please cover stage setup, props arrangement, venue ambience, audience arrival, backstage preparations, and other cinematic establishing shots. These shots will be used for creating the event trailer and promo edits. 2) Main Event
The complete event needs to be covered thoroughly without missing any performance. Ensure proper coverage of performers, audience reactions, parents’ reactions, applause moments, and wide crowd shots throughout the event. 3) Post-Event
Capture testimonial videos of students speaking about their overall experience, excitement, and performance journey after the event concludes. Camera Setup • Camera A and Camera B should remain static throughout the event for uninterrupted stage coverage.
• Camera C can remain dynamic and keep changing locations to capture maximum audience coverage, reactions, and alternate angles. General Notes • Maintain fully charged batteries and sufficient storage so there’s no need to change cards during the event.
• The camera operator should capture parents’ reactions and emotional moments based on the performer on stage.
• Ensure that each performance clip includes audience applause at the end of the performance. • 3 × Sony A7S III or FX3 (to be shot in S-Log, XAVC S 4K 10-bit 4:2:2)
 • 1 × 24–70mm lens for the main camera
 • 1 × 70–200mm lens for the profile camera
 • 1 × 70–200mm lens for audience shots
 • 1 × Gimbal (24–70mm lens to be mounted for pre-event shots)
 • 2 × Nanlite 300 or Godox 300 lights (softbox required)
