Project Description
One raw vertical clip will land in your inbox every day and has to come back to me as a polished, 30-60 second Instagram reel within 24 hours. The niche is educational / informational, so the pacing must keep viewers engaged while still letting key points breathe.
What I supply
• A-roll (talking-head or screen capture)
• Any reference links or on-screen text I need highlighted
What you handle end-to-end
• Tight edits, clean jump-cuts, light colour correction
• Subtle, minimalistic motion graphics for lower-thirds, bullet callouts or simple icon pops
• Instagram-ready aspect ratio 1080 × 1920, H.264 .mp4
• Royalty-free background music or a gentle beat that never overpowers the voice
• Captions burned in (accurate spelling & timing)
Cadence & workflow
• One reel per calendar day – roughly 30 videos per month
• First delivery within the same day of receiving footage; two quick revision rounds when needed
• Drive or Dropbox link for hand-off; finished files named chronologically for easy archiving
Acceptance criteria
1. Final file passes Instagram’s upload validator without warnings.
2. Motion graphics align with a clean, minimal look—no flashy transitions or cartoonish elements.
3. Audio levels balanced to –14 LUFS integrated loudness.
4. No noticeable jump-cuts or dead air longer than one second.
Tools you’re probably already fluent in: Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent) plus basic audio cleanup in Audition or similar. If everything runs smoothly, there’s room to expand to TikTok down the line.
Note: Monthly salary is fixed 6000.
