My technology firm already delivers digital marketing solutions for others; now it’s time to sharpen our own funnel and pull in a steady stream of new, paying clients through social media only. I need a hands-on specialist who can turn platforms like LinkedIn, X/Twitter and Instagram into predictable lead engines.
Here’s what this assignment must cover:
• A data-driven social strategy built for B2B tech audiences
• A 30-day content calendar with scroll-stopping copy, visuals and short-form video
• Paid campaign setup and management—audience research, creative, A/B tests, pixel tracking
• Seamless lead-capture flow that feeds HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) for real-time MQL/SQL tracking
• Weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights
Acceptance criteria
• At least 40 qualified enquiries in the first 60 days
• Cost per lead trending down weekly
• All creative assets delivered in editable formats (Canva, PSD, DOCX, etc.)
Expect to work with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot. Initial strategy plus the content calendar should be in my hands within one week, with campaigns live by week two. If you’ve successfully scaled tech companies on social before, your case studies will speak volumes.
