Project Description
My 9D VR Egg Chair arcade setup has suddenly lost its ability to play any of the installed movies and the main controller PC can no longer be located on the local network. Both issues appeared at the exact same time, and no one here is aware of any recent updates or changes that might explain the failure.
The motion hardware still powers up fine, so I’m convinced the problem sits in Windows, the Chinese VR-launcher software, or the share/database path that feeds the headset content. I need an experienced technician who has already dealt with VR simulators, motion platforms or similar arcade cabinets to jump in remotely and get the show running again.
You’ll be given an active AnyDesk session (TeamViewer could be arranged if that is absolutely required). From there I expect you to:
• Re-establish the connection between the launcher software and the controller PC.
• Restore full access to the movie/content library so titles reappear in the headset UI.
• Verify that the motion cues sync once the content is visible again.
Acceptance is straightforward: when I can browse the movie list from the headset, launch a title, and see the chair move in time with the film, the job is done. If you know your way around Windows networking, shared folders, Chinese VR management software, and you can troubleshoot quickly under pressure, I’m ready to start the session as soon as you are.
