We want to leverage our Claude Team account to build an end-to-end AI pipeline for sales prospecting. The system should automatically analyse leads, check their websites, research competitors, and generate personalised sales pitch emails — all from a single mailbox integration.
Deliverables:
Mailbox integration — Connect and monitor a mailbox to receive and process incoming leads automatically.
Lead analysis — Analyse each lead's profile, background, and business context using Claude AI.
Client website check — Automatically scrape and review the lead's website to extract key business details and pain points.
Profile analysis — Build a structured prospect profile (industry, company size, role, needs) for each lead.
Competitor website check — Research the client's known competitors and summarise competitive positioning.
Sales pitch email draft — Generate a personalised, context-aware outreach email for each lead based on all gathered insights.
Proposal requirements:
Describe your approach to connecting a mailbox and triggering the pipeline per new lead.
Share examples of similar AI-powered automation or sales tooling you have built.
Outline which tools/APIs you would use for website scraping and competitor research.
Provide an estimated timeline and milestone breakdown.
