I’m looking for a freelance HR professional who can take full ownership of our skilled-labour pool within facility management. From sourcing and screening the right talent to keeping day-to-day people operations running smoothly, you’ll be my single point of contact.
Here’s what the engagement covers:
• Recruitment & onboarding – identify, interview and place qualified maintenance, cleaning, security and HR staff as openings arise, then guide each new hire through contracts, ID creation and site orientation.
• Attendance control – set up and monitor an accurate, real-time attendance system, flagging exceptions before they reach payroll.
• Payroll coordination – collate timesheets, overtime, allowances and statutory deductions, pass clean data to finance on deadline and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Replacements & back-ups – maintain a ready pipeline so absences or attrition never disrupt operations.
• Issue resolution – act on grievances immediately, liaise with site supervisors and ensure compliance with local labour laws at every step.
Success for me is simple: open positions are filled within agreed lead times, attendance figures match payroll 100 %, and any employee issue is closed out with documented proof of resolution. If you have a solid track record managing skilled facility staff and can hit these marks, let’s talk.
