Project Description
I need a production-ready application built on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API that can both receive and send webhooks so it plugs cleanly into external sites and services. The core objective is robust message automation: every new contact should receive a friendly welcome, ongoing clients should get timely promotional and transactional updates, and a streamlined path to real-time customer support must be in place.

The app must also expose clear, documented endpoints so it can be connected to the social media platforms and CRM systems we already run. Clean REST-style webhooks, token-based authentication, and a concise admin dashboard for template creation, opt-in management, and delivery logs are essential.
Tech stack is flexible—Node.js, Python, or similar—so long as it follows Meta’s best practices and can be containerised for easy deployment. Source code, setup docs, and a quick video walkthrough will form the hand-over package.
Need to setup ourselves as tech provider as we will be giving out these services to other people as well. so they will have there own login, whatsapp business API & own webhooks. This is kind a platform
