Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Growth (Core Focus)
• Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Amazon Ads for the India market
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Amazon) aligned with revenue and CAC targets
• Drive ROAS optimisation and scaling strategies
• Set up and manage conversion tracking infrastructure (Pixel, events, attribution models)
• Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audience, landing pages) to improve performance

2. Social Media Strategy & Content Management
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency aligned with luxury positioning
• Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to skincare and beauty
• Continuously optimise content strategy based on performance insights

3. Influencer & Collaboration Marketing
• Identify and onboard influencers, creators, and barter collaborators
• Execute influencer campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and brand credibility
• Build long-term partnerships to enhance brand equity and visibility

4. Community Management & Engagement
• Actively engage with followers and respond to comments, DMs, and queries
• Build a strong brand community and customer relationships
• Monitor brand sentiment and escalate issues when required

5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Track and analyze campaign performance (Meta, Amazon, social media)
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, ROAS, and engagement
• Generate actionable insights and recommend data-driven improvements
• Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance

6. Marketplace & E-commerce Operations
• Manage Amazon account operations, including listings, promotions, and performance
• Coordinate with internal/3PL teams to ensure order processing and fulfilment
• Track inventory, orders, and customer feedback via dashboards

7. Market Research & Trend Analysis
• Conduct ongoing research on competitors, pricing, campaigns, and positioning
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviour
• Identify new growth opportunities (channels, formats, audiences)
