Project Description
I am ready to launch a subscription-based mobile learning platform and need a developer who can deliver a polished, secure app on both iOS and Android. The core of the product is on-demand video playback, so smooth streaming, adaptive quality, and reliable buffering are essential. Every user flow must be protected with two-factor authentication to keep accounts safe and to reassure corporate clients that their learners’ data is fully secured.
The commercial model is subscription only. I will rely on native in-app purchases through Apple and Google as well as promo-code support for bulk enterprise sales, so the purchase flow, renewal handling, and failed-payment recovery all have to be iron-clad. On the back end I need an admin panel where I can upload videos, assign them to courses, set pricing tiers, view engagement analytics, and handle customer support tickets without touching the codebase.
Video files must be stored and delivered in an encrypted format to deter piracy. If you already have experience integrating Widevine / FairPlay or comparable DRM solutions, that is a bonus, but I am open to whichever industry-standard approach you can implement reliably.
Acceptance criteria for hand-over:
• Fully functional iOS and Android apps compiled for App Store & Play launch
• Two-factor authentication in place and tested
• Subscription flow (free trial, purchase, renewal, cancellation) passing store review guidelines
• Secure video playback with encryption/DRM
• Web-based admin panel to manage content, users, and reports
• Clean, well-commented source code with setup documentation and a brief video walk-through
