I need detailed, build-ready drawings for multiple areas of my apartment, including a modern laundry room, wardrobe, kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms. Each space should be developed into fully dimensioned plans, elevations, and joinery details that a contractor can execute without ambiguity. The overall design direction should prioritise modern aesthetics, efficient use of space, and practical day-to-day functionality, with durable finishes and thoughtful storage solutions throughout.
For all areas, the work should focus on optimising layout efficiency, improving storage and usability, and ensuring a cohesive design language across the apartment.

Propose cohesive finishes and tile layouts

Deliverables
PDF drawings and CAD/SketchUp/Revit source files for all approved areas
Material, finish, and hardware schedules with model specifications
One revision cycle per space to incorporate feedback
Annotated walkthrough or brief video explanation for each design package
Acceptance Criteria
All drawings must be to scale and fully coordinated with plumbing, electrical, and structural constraints where applicable. Clearances, ergonomics, and installation feasibility must be verified. The design should demonstrate a consistent modern aesthetic, efficient storage planning, and well-resolved functional layouts, supported by clear design reasoning.
