I am the founder of Kulfi Software Services, a B2B automation consultancy. We are executing a 365-day YouTube strategy, posting one high-quality, professional video every day.
I am looking for a highly efficient AI Video Operator & UI Motion Designer to manage the entire visual production and scheduling pipeline.
CRITICAL WORKFLOW NOTICE (Please read carefully):
You will not be provided with raw screen recordings, software logins, or actual code. To protect our proprietary systems, you must be able to recreate realistic-looking software interfaces (Google Sheets, Jotform, Calendars, etc.) based purely on text descriptions, and animate them.
How the Daily Pipeline Works:
The Blueprint: I provide a complete daily package containing the Voiceover Script, specific UI Visual Build Instructions, Title, Description, and Tags.
The Voice: You run the script through a premium AI voice generator (e.g., ElevenLabs) to create a natural, professional narration.
The Visuals: You build crisp, realistic UI mockups (using Figma, Canva, or specialized UI kits) matching my visual instructions, and animate them (using ScreenStudio, Rotato, After Effects, or standard editing software) to simulate the software working.
The Edit: You combine the AI voice and your UI animations into a polished, fast-paced 2 to 5-minute video.
The Upload: You upload the video to our YouTube channel, paste the provided SEO metadata, upload your thumbnail, and schedule it.
Requirements:
Exceptional skill in UI mockup creation and screen animation. You must make a fake Google Sheet look and act real.
Fluency with AI audio generation tools.
Ability to understand basic technical concepts (e.g., if the instructions say "Show a new row populating with data," you know how to build that visually).
Extreme reliability. This is a volume contract requiring daily scheduled posts. Batch processing is highly encouraged.
