Urgent Thesis Exterior 3D Visualization

I am racing toward my architecture thesis deadline and need someone who can jump straight into exterior modeling, façade detailing and final-quality visualization. The working file must be built in SketchUp (my preferred platform), but I have no problem if you move the model into Lumion or 3ds Max for lighting and rendering, as long as the results look polished and consistent. Scope of work • Produce a clean, well-organized SketchUp model of the full exterior based on my drawings. • Add façade details with a strong focus on accurate material finishes—textures, thicknesses and joint lines must read correctly in close-up views. • Generate photoreal still renders (day and night) and, if time allows, a short camera animation. • Turnaround is urgent; I would like the first draft renders and final deliverables shortly after revisions. Deliverables & acceptance 1. Final SketchUp file (.skp) with grouped, labeled geometry. 2. High-resolution JPG/PNG renders (minimum 4K). 3. Optional MP4 walkthrough (15–30 sec). 4.
