Full-Stack ASP.NET Core MVC Developer

I’m expanding an enterprise-level web application built on ASP.NET Core MVC (.NET 6) and need a full-stack developer who can move comfortably between C#, Entity Framework Core, and the browser. You’ll own new features end-to-end: modelling data, writing optimized SQL Server queries and stored procedures, exposing REST endpoints, and bringing the interface to life with JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive HTML5/CSS3. Key focus areas • Front-end: solid command of JavaScript, jQuery, modern HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design techniques so screens render cleanly on desktop and mobile. • Back-end: clean C# code, well-structured controllers, and intermediate-level experience creating and consuming REST APIs. • Data: familiarity with Entity Framework Core and the ability to tune SQL for performance. • DevOps: comfortable committing through Azure DevOps/TFS and following pull-request workflows. What you’ll deliver 1. A set of fully tested MVC pages and API endpoints that slot into our existing solution. 2. Database scripts or migrations required for new entities. 3. Clear, concise commit messages and minimal documentation so other team members can pick up your work quickly. Acceptance criteria – All new code compiles on .NET 6+, adheres to our existing folder structure, and passes automated unit tests. – UI behaves consistently across the latest Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, with graceful degradation on older browsers. – REST endpoints return JSON with proper status codes and are wired into the front-end using async calls.
