I need a clean, well-organised spreadsheet that lists independent businesses sitting no more than 250 metres from any river in England and Wales. The focus is on visitor-friendly spots—gift shops, garden centres, cafés, parks, boat-hire operators, farm shops, tourist attractions and other riverside venues that naturally draw footfall. For every qualifying business I want two key data points: a working email address and the most relevant contact name you can find (ideally the owner or manager). Street address, postcode, phone number or even map coordinates are welcome extras if they come up during your search, but the email and name are non-negotiable. You’re free to use whichever tools make the job efficient—Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Companies House, LinkedIn, geofencing plugins, Python scripts, web-scraping APIs, manual calls—so long as the end result is accurate and neatly presented.
