I’m ready to scale my beauty and cosmetics online store in Dubai and need a marketer who can turn social feeds into tangible sales. The objective is clear: conversions, specifically completed purchases, not just traffic or likes.
Here’s the landscape we’ll be working in: Facebook and Instagram remain my core channels, but I also want to tap into the momentum of TikTok and Snapchat to capture new audiences and shorten the path to checkout. I already have product catalogues and tracking pixels installed; what I need now is a data-driven campaign framework that aligns creative, copy, and bidding strategies around ROAS.
Your task will be to craft the full funnel—from audience research, ad setup, and split-testing through to ongoing optimisation—so that each platform is pulling its weight against a unified conversion goal. Expect to collaborate closely with me on asset selection and messaging, report weekly on spend vs. revenue, and refine campaigns based on real-time insights.
Deliverables will include:
• Strategy roadmap outlining targeting, creative angles, and KPIs for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
• End-to-end campaign setup with tracking verified for purchase events
• A/B tests for creatives, copy, and placements, with clear documentation of results
• Weekly performance summary highlighting improvements, next actions, and budget re-allocation recommendations
