Project Description
The goal is to build a complete professional-development course in Science and Technology that is fully aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy. I already have the topic in mind; what I need from you is the instructional design expertise to turn that topic into a structured, standards-based learning experience that educational institutes will instantly recognize.
You will start by translating the high-level topic into clear, measurable course objectives, then break those down into outcomes that ladder up the cognitive domains of Bloom. From there, craft the supporting materials that let both trainers and trainees move confidently through the content. Everything should reflect best practices in adult learning, incorporate practical, real-world scenarios, and remain flexible enough for in-person or virtual delivery.
Deliverables
• Course objectives mapped to Bloom’s levels
• Module-by-module learning outcomes with assessment criteria
• Instructor handbook (lesson plans, pacing guides, activities, rubrics, answer keys)
• Trainee handbook (readings, worksheets, self-assessments, reflection prompts)
• Source files in editable Word/Google Docs plus final print-ready PDFs
I appreciate clean, professional formatting and logical sequencing. If you regularly work with tools like Articulate, Captivate, or similar authoring platforms, feel free to leverage them—but the core documents must remain fully editable. Please outline your proposed timeline and any prior examples of science/technology professional-development curricula you have produced so I can gauge fit quickly.
