My Avasam account and TikTok Shop are both active, yet they still refuse to talk to each other. Product synchronisation simply isn’t happening—there’s no link at all between the two platforms, even after several troubleshooting attempts on my side.
What I need now is a fresh, knowledgeable pair of eyes to:
• Audit every setting in Avasam and TikTok Seller Center, pinpoint why the connection fails, and complete the integration so the catalogue flows automatically.
• Prove the fix by getting the first items to appear correctly—images, titles, pricing, inventory and variants all intact.
• When everything syncs as expected, publish 100 products from my Avasam catalogue to TikTok Shop, ready for sale.
