Here’s what I’m looking to have delivered:
• A branded, fully configured private space on a suitable platform (LinkedIn Group, Slack, Circle, or another B2B-friendly option you recommend)
• A concise onboarding kit (welcome PDF + template messages) that clearly explains the group rules, partnership-seeking etiquette, and posting guidelines
• A three-month engagement plan featuring at least six virtual meet-ups, roundtables, or AMAs designed to spark collaboration between member companies
• A short growth playbook outlining tactics to attract and vet the first 100 qualified corporate members within 60 days
