Project Description
The job is a two-part build: an AI-powered WhatsApp Business chatbot alongside a modern, high-converting landing page.
Chatbot scope
• Integrate with the official WhatsApp Business API.
• Core must-have: seamless Human Takeover so an agent can step in at any moment.
• Automatic replies limited to Order Updates; other reply types may be added later.
• Collect visitor details for leads and pipe them into an admin dashboard (preferred) and/or CRM / Google Sheets.
• Multilingual foundation in English, with a structure that lets me add Hebrew content easily.
• Tech stack I’d like to see: OpenAI API for intent handling, React or Next.js on the interface side, and Firebase or Supabase for data.
Landing page scope
• Clean, professional look built with React / Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Fully responsive and blazingly fast.
• Sections required: Hero, About, Services, Benefits, FAQ, and a Contact form that links straight to the WhatsApp bot.
• Design first in Figma, then develop pixel-perfect.
• Everything should funnel visitors toward starting a WhatsApp chat or submitting the contact form.
Deliverables
1. Deployed WhatsApp chatbot with human-agent switch, order-update autoresponder, lead capture, and basic dashboard.
2. Production-ready landing page matching the approved Figma file.
3. Source code, environment notes, and a short hand-over video.
