I need a seasoned OSINT investigator to carry out a thorough skip-trace and background check on a prospective hire. The assignment is national in scope, so you will have to search every relevant state-level and federal source rather than limiting yourself to a single locality.
The final report must leave no unanswered questions. At minimum it should verify current employment status, detail any criminal background (convictions, pending cases, warrants), and map out the candidate’s social media footprint—including deleted or alias accounts where discoverable. I am looking for a comprehensive investigation, not a quick database print-out, so expect to dig into open court records, professional licensing boards, mainstream and fringe social networks, news archives, data-breach dumps, and any other legally accessible source that helps build a full picture.
Please outline:
• The primary OSINT and skip-tracing tools you intend to use (e.g., Maltego, SpiderFoot, Pipl, Recon-NG, or custom scripts).
• Typical turnaround time for a case of this depth.
• How you present findings (executive summary plus evidentiary appendix, raw data links, screenshots, etc.).
Deliver the report in a clearly structured PDF with citations and time stamps so I can verify each data point if needed.
