Project Description
I want to replace the clunky, form-heavy quote journey that dominates business insurance with something that feels like a smart conversation. The brief is two-fold: first, craft a lightweight yet distinctive brand presence; second, translate that identity into an AI-guided, dialogue-driven product flow that helps owners and brokers share the right details up-front, understand their risk clearly, and advance toward a quote with confidence.
Brand direction
While a logo, colour palette and type choices will be needed, I care most about the overall UX voice and clarity—visual decisions should exist to serve the conversation, not distract from it. Clean, modern and professional is the target.
Core product scope
• Map the end-to-end user journey, including alternate broker paths.
• Define key workflows and an interaction model where AI proactively gathers data, surfaces explanations and adjusts follow-up questions in real time (primary goal: collecting information efficiently).
• Establish a modular screen architecture ready for hand-off to engineering.
• Produce polished Figma files that can be user-tested and directly brief developers.
Interactive essentials
The experience must include:
• Chatbot integration
• Interactive question prompts
• Dynamic data visualisation
Deliverables
1. Simple brand identity guidelines (logo, colours, type, usage).
2. Journey maps, workflow diagrams and architecture notes.
3. High-fidelity Figma prototype covering core paths, chatbot flows and data-viz moments.
4. A brief, actionable hand-off document for developers and research participants.
If this challenge excites you and you have a track record in conversational UX, AI-assisted flows and crisp interface design, let’s redefine how business insurance feels.
