Project Description
I am looking for an experienced professional to develop a highly realistic digital avatar (digital clone / virtual human) based on my likeness.
The avatar will be created from professional photographs taken in my Chroma Key studio, with full control over angles, lighting, and facial expressions.
Key Requirements:
Highly realistic appearance with convincing resemblance to me from multiple angles.
4K video quality.
Excellent lip synchronization and natural, fluid facial expressions.
Realistic voice (cloned or high-quality synthetic) with a friendly and approachable tone.
Ability to speak naturally from scripts or bullet points.
Desired Features:

- Easy to use: I want to input a script or bullet points and receive polished, ready-to-upload outputs (video, audio, or text).
- Workflow that I can run on my own computer or via a secure cloud dashboard.
- Possibility to update and retrain the avatar in the future (changes in appearance, hairstyle, branding, etc.).
- Clear step-by-step documentation and user guide.
Acceptance Criteria:

- Complete production-ready digital clone (face model, voice model, and inference pipeline).
- Detailed user guide for recording, editing, and publishing content.
- Source files + full ownership and privacy licenses (I retain 100% rights to my data and trained models).
- Proven portfolio with similar projects (realistic avatars, virtual influencers, digital humans, or voice cloning). Please show examples with strong realism, lip-sync quality, and workflow simplicity.
In your proposal, please include:
- Links to previous relevant work (especially realistic avatars or virtual humans).
- Technologies you plan to use (HeyGen, D-ID, Synthesia, custom solutions with Unreal Engine, Stable Diffusion + SadTalker, etc.).
- Estimated budget and delivery timeline.
- Any questions you may have.
I prefer freelancers with a strong portfolio in hyper-realistic avatars who can deliver a professional and maintainable solution.
