Project Description
I need a clean, genuinely sourced database containing one million C-suite contacts (CEO, CFO or President) from companies located anywhere in the United States.
Minimum data required for every record
• Executive’s full name
• Direct email address
Phone numbers, postal addresses or other fields are welcome if you already have them, but they are not mandatory. What matters most is email accuracy and volume.
Quality expectations
• No purchased “one-click” dumps—records must be recently verified and able to pass a standard email verifier such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce or a similar tool.
• Duplicates across the file must be removed.
• Invalid/bounced emails must stay well below industry norms.
Delivery format
• CSV or XLSX, neatly columned and, if necessary, split into manageable files.
• A 2–3 k sample is required first so I can spot-check before the full hand-off.
