Project Description
I need a seasoned VoIP specialist to take my PBX.im deployment from zero to fully operational. I will not be supplying configuration files, trunks, numbers, or even the initial account—everything has to be sourced, built, and verified by you. The finished system must speak SIP end-to-end so that soft-phones, desk phones, or mobile clients can register and place calls immediately after hand-over.
I expect you to:
• Create or configure the PBX.im account, secure it, and document all access credentials.
• Provision at least one SIP trunk or equivalent solution so the platform can dial in and out of the public network.
• Set up a clean dial plan with working inbound and outbound routes and test calls in both directions.
• Provide two sample SIP extensions (one desktop, one mobile) to prove registration works.
• Deliver a concise hand-off document: login URLs, usernames, strong passwords, and a brief “how to add more extensions” guide.
If additional features such as call forwarding, voicemail, or an auto-attendant can be enabled without extra licensing fees, feel free to activate them—I welcome any best-practice enhancements you can include.
Once everything is live, walk me through a brief screen-share or video showing successful calls and the admin console settings so I can manage the system going forward.
