Project Description
I need CAD drawings for the replacement of three decks on my house in Quechee, Vermont. The new decks should be made of composite material and feature wire-type metal railings. The three decks in place are:
1. Main deck off living room (roughly 30' by 16'). Deck is one story above the lower side of the house (it's on a hill). Will add a new stone patio below the deck; need stairs from deck down to patio. No stairs now.
2. small deck off the master bedroom (same, downhill, side of house as main deck).
3. ground level deck on back side of the house (slightly smaller than main deck).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- CAD drawings expertise
- Experience in deck construction and replacement.
- Proficiency with composite materials.
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
