Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer (PHP Knowledge Required) Freelancer responsible for conducting a complete technical review of our website infrastructure, SEO health, server configuration, and website performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in: • WordPress optimization • PHP development & debugging • Technical SEO • Google Search Console issue fixing • Core Web Vitals optimization • Cloudflare configuration • Hostinger server environment • Crawl/indexing troubleshooting Key Responsibilities Technical Website Audit • Perform complete technical review of the website • Analyze frontend and backend configurations • Identify performance bottlenecks and SEO issues • Review plugins, themes, scripts, and database performance • Audit PHP performance and backend processing issues Google Search Console & SEO Issue Fixes • Resolve “Crawled – Currently Not Indexed” issues • Fix indexing and crawling problems • Review sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, and structured data • Monitor and optimize search visibility Core Web Vitals Optimization Improve website performance and achieve passing Core Web Vitals scores: • Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): Below 2.5 seconds for mobile and below 1.5 seconds for Desktop • First Input Delay (FID): Below 1.8 seconds for mobile and below 1 seconds for Desktop • Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): Below 0.1 for Mobile and below 0.5 for Desktop Responsibilities: • Optimize page speed and mobile responsiveness • Improve Lighthouse/PageSpeed Insights scores • Reduce render-blocking resources and unused JavaScript • Optimize image delivery, lazy loading, caching, and CSS delivery • Improve frontend rendering performance Server & CDN Configuration Review • Review Hostinger hosting/server configuration • Analyze caching and compression settings • Optimize Cloudflare setup • Configure CDN, firewall, SSL, and performance settings • Ensure website stability and security best practices WordPress & PHP Optimization • Optimize themes and plugins • Fix frontend rendering/performance issues • Debug PHP-related issues and optimize backend processing • Database cleanup and optimization • Improve website loading speed and responsiveness Reporting & Recommendations • Share technical findings and issue reports • Provide actionable recommendations • Implement fixes and monitor improvements • Submit performance comparison reports before and after optimization Required Skills • Strong experience with WordPress development & optimization • Strong PHP knowledge and debugging experience • Expertise in Technical SEO • Experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics • Strong understanding of indexing and crawl management • Hands-on experience with Core Web Vitals optimization • Experience with Cloudflare configuration • Experience managing Hostinger hosting/server setup • Knowledge of caching/CDN/performance optimization • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL • Understanding of website security best practices Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience handling high-performance websites • Experience with cybersecurity/company websites preferred • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data optimization • Familiarity with server logs and debugging tools • Experience improving Core Web Vitals for enterprise websites
