Project Description
We are a real estate company serving the African diaspora and are looking for an experienced Kit (formerly ConvertKit) specialist to conduct a deep audit and clean-up of our email marketing system.
Our account has evolved over time and currently contains:
- old tags
- overlapping automations
- redundant sequences
- inactive subscribers
- possible deliverability issues
We’ve recently discovered that some subscribers stop receiving emails after the 1st or 2nd email in a sequence, so we need a proper systems-level review.
Scope of Work
- Audit current Kit setup and automation logic
- Review tags, sequences, forms and subscriber journeys
- Identify broken/conflicting automations
- Improve deliverability and inbox placement
- Review subscriber segmentation and inactive subscribers
- Simplify and optimise nurture flows
- Recommend best practices for long-term scalability
- Provide clear documentation of issues found and fixes implemented
We are NOT looking for copywriting or campaign management.
We need someone strong in:
- automation systems
- deliverability
- email infrastructure
- funnel logic
Experience with complex Kit setups is essential.
