I’m putting together an outbound calling operation focused exclusively on business-to-business sales. The core of the job is simple: reach the right decision-makers, pitch our offer confidently, and document every conversation.
A call-recording capability is non-negotiable because I need to review interactions for quality control and training. If you already run with tools like Aircall, RingCentral, Five9, or a comparable VoIP stack that stores recordings securely, let me know; I’m open to whichever platform you prefer so long as recordings are easy for me to access and download.
Here’s what I’m expecting you to handle:
• Place outbound sales calls to a list of qualified businesses I’ll supply.
• Log basic call outcomes (connected, voicemail, follow-up date) in a simple spreadsheet or your own CRM export.
• Deliver all audio files organized by date and prospect name.
Automated dialers or CRM integrations would be a bonus but aren’t essential; the main deliverables are consistent daily dialing and reliable recordings. If you can start quickly, outline your process, daily call volume, and any previous B2B results in your bid.
