Home Interior Design Revamp

This project covers a complete interior design refresh for three key areas of my residence—the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Each space should feel distinct yet flow together visually, with furniture, colour palette and lighting working in harmony across the rooms. Current measurements, photos and notes on existing finishes will be shared as soon as the contract begins. Feel free to suggest new layouts, structural tweaks (where feasible), finishes, furnishings and décor that maximise both style and function. Deliverables • Two to three mood-board concepts per room, showing palette, textures and reference imagery • Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) • High-resolution 3D renders for each room from multiple angles • Itemised sourcing list with dimensions, prices and links (retail or custom) • Lighting and accessories schedule • Final PDF presentation plus editable files Acceptance criteria • All rooms align to a unified design narrative and meet stated functional needs • Furniture and fixtures fit within provided dimensions and respect traffic flow • Sourcing list uses readily available items or clearly marks custom pieces • Final package delivered no later than three weeks after project kick-off, with a midpoint review at week one for feedback Please factor in clear communication, thoughtful material choices and cost-effective sourcing while maintaining a polished, cohesive aesthetic.
