Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced 3D Web Developer to build a unified 3D dashboard for data centers. The core objective is to develop a "digital twin"—a highly interactive, virtual replica of a physical data center. This platform will allow our customers to securely log in and view the complete, real-time status of their infrastructure through a centralized, visual interface. Key Responsibilities & Features to Develop: * Interactive 3D Visualization: Build a multi-floor 3D model of the data center building and its interior layouts. Users must be able to smoothly navigate between different floors and explore specific zones (e.g., IT Areas, Server Rooms, Cyber Security, Reception). * Real-Time Data Integration: Connect the 3D frontend with backend APIs to monitor infrastructure health and performance. The virtual replica must integrate with physical data center devices to reflect live statuses, sensor readings, and analytics directly within the 3D model. * Dynamic Data Layers: Implement a UI menu that allows users to toggle different informational layers on and off, specifically visualizing People, Environment (Env), Assets, and Sensors across the floor plan. * Capacity Planning & Simulation: Develop a simulation tool within the dashboard that allows administrators to test capacity limits. Users should be able to simulate adding new cabinets, servers, or other devices into the 3D space to visualize space and resource allocation before making physical changes. Project Scope & Deliverables: 1. 3D Model & Dashboard UI: Creation of the web-based 3D environment with smooth camera controls, interactive tooltips, floor selectors, and a unified dashboard interface. 2. Real-Time Integration: Seamless connection between the virtual replica and physical hardware to display live infrastructure health and device performance. 3. Simulation Engine: A feature set that allows users to drag-and-drop or simulate new cabinets and servers within the 3D model for capacity planning. Required Skills & Experience: * 3D Web Graphics: Proficiency in WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar libraries. * Frontend Development: Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) to build the surrounding UI overlays, buttons, and menus. * Data Integration: Experience handling real-time data streams (WebSockets, REST APIs) and mapping IoT/sensor data to visual elements. * UI/UX: Ability to create clean, readable tooltips and data visualizations within a 3D space.
