I have the overall concept and space planning for a new sports club ready; what I still need is a polished set of 2D and 3D drawings that will impress the client at our final presentation. The scope is limited to the indoor facilities and, more specifically, the gymnasium. Within that single space I need every key aspect shown—equipment layout, lighting design, and the ventilation system—so the client can immediately visualise how the room will look and function.
Your deliverable is a complete drawing package in CAD (DWG or compatible) that includes plan, elevations, sections, and a rendered 3D model. All files must be presentation-ready, neatly organised, and layered for easy edits.
I’ll share the current sketches and zoning plan as soon as we start. We will schedule a couple of online meetings to walk through client feedback, so the ability to discuss revisions in real time is essential. Previous experience with sports infrastructure or clubhouse projects is highly valued; if you have samples of similar gym layouts, please point me to them.
