We are a Mortgage Broking company in Australia looking for a full-time Marketing & Automation Specialist with top-level expertise in GoHighLevel.
### Overview:
Your role will involve managing end-to-end digital marketing and automation, ensuring seamless lead generation and nurturing across Social Media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more. You'll develop fully automated workflows for various loans including Home Loans, Refinances, SMSF Loans, Car Loans, and Business Loans.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize lead generation systems leveraging GoHighLevel and other tools.
- Create self-operating campaigns powered by AI workflows with minimal manual intervention.
- Monitor incoming leads, oversee appointment bookings, and assure the reliability of all processes.
- Handle Social Media content planning from short videos to carousel posts.
### Required Skill Set:
- Advanced GoHighLevel expertise with workflow automation using conditional logic.
- Proficiency in AI Agents (Voice AI, Chat AI, SMS AI).
- Pipeline setup and lead scoring automation skills.
- Paid Ads management (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads/LinkedIn).
- Strong English communication skills essential.
### Experience Needed:
- At least 3+ years of experience in hands-on Digital Marketing.
- Proven results in financial sector lead generation advantageous.
### KPIs You’ll Drive:
- Achieving a cost per lead (CPL) within target levels while maximizing appointment booking rates (>20–30% leads).
- Uptime for automated workflows at 99% or above to ensure continuous operations with zero missed leads.
