We are looking for either an experienced recruiter or a strong sales/business development professional with a proven background in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
The focus is on driving new client acquisition, improving conversion rates, and consistently winning new business.
We are seeking a skilled recruitment and business development professional with a strong sales mindset to drive new client acquisition for our recruitment agency across the following sectors.
Logistics, Hospitality, Construction, Healthcare, Tech and IT.
This is a commission-only, performance-based role only with no fixed, hourly or monthly salary offered upfront.
Commission is paid only from what you're billing and from final agency profit margins as follows:
* 180 Recruiter - 15% Commission (Focus on business development only)

* 360 Recruiter -30% Commission ( Manage the complete recruitment cycle from client acquisition and candidate sourcing to the final completed placement (temporary, contract and /or permanent).

Initially, you will be provided with a company email address and a dedicated landline through our VoIP system, allowing you to make and receive calls professionally.
All you need is a laptop, an internet connection, or even just a mobile phone with the app installed.
Your role will involve conducting your own research, lead generation, and social outreach to identify companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
You’ll then make contact via phone calls and email, although we strongly recommend focusing on calls first, as they are far more effective and allow you to move much faster.
Relying heavily on email can slow the process down unnecessarily, risk damaging domain reputation, and often results in waiting too long for responses — whether positive, negative, or no response at all.
The objective is to move quickly, secure clients, generate placements, invoice successfully, and ultimately get you paid.
Once you identify a company interested in working with us, we take over the operational side, including credit checks, due diligence, onboarding, and account setup.
From there, we begin working on their vacancies, aiming to complete placements and issue invoices and your payments accordingly.
If you choose the 180 recruitment model, your focus will be purely on business development and bringing clients on board.
In this case, you will receive 15% commission on completed business generated.
If you prefer to operate as a full 360 recruiter, you will also receive access to candidate CVs and recruitment resources, allowing you to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish — from winning the client to sourcing candidates and completing placements.
This model offers a 30% commission structure.
As you grow your client base and prove consistency, we will gradually provide access to additional tools and systems, including an ATS, enabling you to manage your desk more efficiently and effectively build your own business unit within the company.
The key advantage is that all associated operational costs remain fully covered by us, including finance, payroll, insurance, compliance, systems, and administration.
You do not pay anything out of pocket.
Your focus is simply on generating business and delivering results, while we provide the financial, operational, and legal support behind the scenes.
This operates in a similar way to a franchise model, but without the significant upfront investment typically required (often £5,000–£50,000+).
With our Blue Connect Partnership Programme, there are no joining fees.
Instead, you have the opportunity to build and run your own recruitment desk while we provide full support across operations, compliance, legal, and financial infrastructure.
