Agentic AI Developer—KPI Analyzing Agent Build

Role Overview We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer whose primary responsibility is to build intelligent agents that can analyze KPI and raw data to generate insights, detect anomalies, and perform root cause analysis. Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Remote (India) Key Responsibilities • Design and develop intelligent agents that can analyze KPI data and raw datasets to generate actionable insights • Build agent workflows that: • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, provide root cause analysis for KPI changes • Develop query systems that allow users to: • Ask questions, Retrieve insights in natural language, Drill down into data • Implement RAG pipelines to: • Retrieve relevant data (KPI definitions, historical data, documents) • Improve accuracy and context of responses • Build backend APIs to support: • Agent execution, Query processing, Data retrieval and aggregation • Optimize agent performance for: • Accuracy of insights, Response time Required Skills • Strong Python skills • FastAPI (preferred) • Experience with REST APIs • MongoDB • Vector Databases (for RAG) • Experience with LLM APIs / prompt engineering
