Project Description
I need a set engaging training lessons on both soft skills and compliance topics, all generated with the help of Anthropic’s Claude. The content must be 4-5-minute video segments followed by quick interactive quizzes that reinforce the key points- delivered in HTML.
Audience
The material should feel accessible to everyone, whether a brand-new hire or a seasoned specialist. Please keep jargon light, layer in practical examples, and include optional “deeper dive” prompts so advanced learners don’t feel held back.
Scope of work
• Use Claude to outline each lesson, craft concise scripts, and draft questions for the quizzes.
• Shape the scripts so they flow naturally when read on camera or turned into voice-over.
• Provide clear guidance for simple on-screen visuals (bullet slides, quick scenarios, or animated cues) that match the narration.
• Build an interactive quiz after each lesson—five questions minimum, a mix of multiple choice and scenario-based prompts written to the same tone as the lesson.
• Deliver everything in an editable format (Google Docs or Word) plus a separate prompt sheet showing exactly what was fed into Claude and any follow-up prompts you used and share full Claude chat.
Acceptance criteria
1. Each module includes: title, learner-focused objective, visual notes, and the quiz.
2. Language is clear, inclusive, and aligned with standard compliance wording where relevant.
3. No single lesson exceeds 5 minutes of narrated content when read aloud at a normal pace.
4. All quiz questions must map directly to points covered in the lesson and include correct answers with brief rationales.
