Project Description
I have an existing Android application that pairs with our smart-glass hardware over Bluetooth. The core connection logic already works, but the interface feels dated and the overall flow could be smoother. I will give you the full source code, brand colours, fonts, and any other style guidelines so you can:
• Refresh the User Interface aesthetics to match the new brand kit
• Refine the User Experience flow so typical tasks take fewer taps
• Add a small set of new features I will outline during kickoff (mostly shortcuts and status indicators)
• Adjust a handful of Bluetooth commands/protocols that recently changed on the firmware side
Once the updates are complete, I need a release-ready, signed APK uploaded to Google Play Console under the existing listing.
After the Android build is stable, replicate the same functionality in Flutter so we can ship an identical companion app on the Apple App Store. Re-using the revised UI assets, business logic, and Bluetooth protocol will be essential for consistency across platforms.
Acceptance is met when:
1. Updated Android app passes internal QA, connects flawlessly to the glasses, and is live in Play Console.
2. Flutter codebase runs on both Android and iOS simulators/devices.
3. iOS build is archived, signed, and ready for App Store submission, matching Android feature-for-feature.
Please factor Google Play signing, Apple provisioning profiles, and any Flutter Bluetooth plugins or native channels you intend to use into your timeline. I’m ready to supply design files, current source, and test hardware as soon as we agree on milestones.
