Project Description
I have roughly twenty student workbooks—each about 100 pages—currently sitting as plain, text-heavy PDFs. I need every book rebuilt from the ground up so the layout feels modern, kid-friendly, and easy for teachers to print or project in class.
What needs to change
• Layout & formatting: consistent margins, clear hierarchy, ample white space, page numbers, and section dividers.
• Graphics & illustrations: fresh icons, engaging infographics, age-appropriate artwork, and improved use of color while remaining print-friendly.
• Text presentation: better typography choices, call-outs for key concepts, and re-flowed content where necessary to keep activities clear and interactive.
I have a general visual concept in mind—bright but not overwhelming, playful yet organized—however there’s no rigid style guide, so I’m open to your creative direction as long as the final look is cohesive across all books. Adobe InDesign or an equivalent professional layout tool is preferred so I can receive both press-ready PDFs and the packaged source files for future updates.
Deliverables
1. Redesigned PDF for each of the 20 workbooks (print and screen versions).
2. Native project files with linked graphics and fonts.
3. A short style summary (fonts, color palette, illustration approach) to keep future pages consistent.
