I’m ready to hand the repetitive parts of my operation over to AI and I need someone who already speaks Openclaw fluently. The goal is to link every moving piece—customer service, inventory, and sales—so they run without me hovering over them.
Customer service first: I want an AI-driven help desk that can answer FAQs in real time, process straightforward orders on its own, and automatically drop new contacts into a messaging sequence that nurtures, qualifies, and converts them. Think of it as a chatbot that sells as well as it supports.
For inventory, the critical piece is intelligent reorder alerts. The system should watch stock levels, predict when we’ll run low, and fire off a timely prompt—email, Slack, SMS, whatever integration Openclaw handles best—so we reorder before shelves go empty.
Sales processing must be seamless from cart to confirmation. Once a customer hits “buy,” I want invoices issued, payment captured, and fulfillment queued without manual clicks, with status notes pushed back to the customer service bot so it can update the shopper automatically.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
• Live FAQ/ordering chatbot connected to my existing site and channels
• Automated messaging funnel that captures leads and tracks conversions
• Inventory rule set that triggers smart reorder alerts
• End-to-end sales workflow (order → payment → fulfillment) fully tested
• Brief hand-off doc or video so I can tweak things later
