Project Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has experience handling freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
Responsibilities:
Identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms
Write customized and professional proposals
Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with the development team for project discussions
Requirements:
Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms
Strong proposal writing and communication skills
Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, or software services
Ability to generate quality leads and achieve targets
Good English communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bidding for PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Flutter, React, or custom software projects
Knowledge of client handling and negotiation
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
