Project Description
I have a ten-minute, micro-budget visual poem that is picture-locked but not yet show-ready. The timeline already sits in Final Cut Pro with all clips arranged; what remains is the finesse that will let the film breathe.
Top priority: two dissolve/morph transitions are still rough and need to feel completely seamless. Once those are refined, I’d like a light, natural-and-realistic grade to even out footage from two different cameras, plus a quick pass on the soundtrack, V.O, And nature sounds, for subtle hiss reduction and balanced levels. No restructuring of the story—just polish.
I’m specifically looking for a female editor who can:
• Open the existing project (Premiere or, if you prefer, round-trip into Resolve, on FCPX)
• Smooth those two dissolves so they’re invisible
• Apply a restrained, true-to-life color grade and export a LUT for reference
• Clean dialogue-free ambience and music, retaining dynamics
• Deliver the final 4K master (ProRes 422 or DNxHR HQ) and a smaller H.264 screener
Acceptance is simple: if both transitions play without a hitch, the grade stays consistent shot-to-shot, and the audio peaks at –6 dB without noise, the project is done.
The film is ready for you to download immediately; I can provide proxies or original media, your choice. Let’s give this short the final polish it deserves. Selected editor must agree to an IP Transfer/Work-for-Hire agreement to ensure 100% ownership remains with the production.
