Our website is ready for a deep technical tune-up so we can unlock consistent organic growth. The immediate priority is to hunt down and resolve every crawl error and indexing issue that is holding our key pages back. Once these foundations are solid, rankings, authority and conversions should follow.
Scope of work
You will begin with a comprehensive technical audit, drilling into Google Search Console data, log files and crawls from tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb. From there, I expect a clear plan to repair broken internal links, tidy redirect chains, optimise XML sitemaps and robots.txt, and make sure important pages are efficiently discovered and indexed. Collaboration with our dev team is straightforward and you will have direct access to staging for deployments.
Key deliverables
• Audit report detailing all crawl and indexation issues
• Prioritised implementation roadmap with projected impact for each fix
• Execution of agreed tasks and validation that errors are closed out in Search Console
• Monthly performance snapshot showing index coverage improvements, crawl budget gains and ranking lifts for our target pages
Acceptance criteria
Fixes are considered complete when Search Console reports zero critical errors for Coverage and Enhancements and affected pages show stable indexing over two consecutive crawls.
