I need an experienced Zoho specialist to streamline our day-to-day operations inside Zoho Creator. The priority is to design and implement robust workflow automation that captures our exact business logic, routes data flawlessly between forms, and triggers the right actions in real time. Scope of work • Analyse our current app structure and pinpoint friction points. • Build or refine Zoho Creator workflows (Deluge scripting, custom functions, schedule-based logic) so every record moves through its lifecycle automatically. • When a workflow touches data living in Zoho CRM or other third-party tools, set up the required connections through Zoho Flow or direct API calls. • Test thoroughly, provide clear documentation, and train my in-house users so they can manage minor tweaks themselves. Acceptance criteria – Each automated path executes without manual intervention and logs key events for auditing. – Data stays in sync across Creator, CRM, and any integrated app. – No performance lag or unexpected script errors at scale. – Documentation includes field mappings, trigger logic, and rollback steps. I’d like the first round of workflows live within a month, with the option to extend our collaboration for future enhancements once the initial rollout proves stable.
