I have a batch of raw footage that will become an educational-style YouTube video. I want an editor who can transform it into a polished final cut that keeps viewers watching from the hook to the end screen.
Here is exactly what I’m after:
• Tight, engaging pacing with smooth cuts and clean, distraction-free transitions
• Accurate, well-timed subtitles throughout (burn-in preferred, though I’m open to an SRT side-file if that speeds delivery)
• Colour and audio balancing so the lesson looks consistent and sounds clear
• Light motion graphics or call-outs only where they genuinely add clarity—no unnecessary effects, please
I’ll share reference links and a rough outline of teaching beats once we start. You’re welcome to work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable NLE as long as the export meets standard YouTube specs (1080p, H.264, 24–30 fps).
Deliverables:
1. Final edited MP4 ready for upload
2. Separate subtitle file if not hard-subbed
3. Project file or EDL in case I need future tweaks
