Project Description
I’m looking for a versatile designer who can handle a stream of creative work for our upcoming events and ongoing marketing. The immediate need is an AV setup concept for a presentation: a polished stage design that makes speakers feel centre-stage and keeps the audience focused. Think clean sight-lines, practical cable paths, and a visual style that echoes our brand palette. Detailed 3D mock-ups or SketchUp renders that show scale, lighting cues, and how screens integrate with the set will be part of the first hand-off.
Once the stage look is approved, I’d like to roll that visual language into booth layouts for our exhibition presence, social media graphics to build pre-event buzz, and branded merchandise—including T-shirts and small promo items—so everything carries a consistent feel. If you naturally weave typography, colour, and spatial awareness together, you’ll enjoy this project.
Deliverables, in the order I’ll review them:
• Presentation stage design files (source + PDF renders)
• Booth design concept boards
• Social media post templates (PSD/AI)
• T-shirt artwork (print-ready)
• Misc. branding items (stickers, lanyards, etc.)
Adobe Creative Cloud is our house standard, but if you prefer additional tools such as Figma for layouts or Cinema 4D for quick fly-throughs, that’s fine—just supply editable sources. Please include a brief note on similar presentation or exhibition work you’ve completed and your typical turnaround time for revisions. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
